Summer Party - London Zoo
We were commissioned to put together a Summer Party for a successful London business with invitees being staff, family, friends and key clients. The brief was to make it a bit different, family orientated fun and try to come up with a bit of a WOW factor for guests who were mainly between 35-50yrs of age.
We chose to host the party at London Zoo, a venue ironically not visited much by people who live in or around London and therefore an attraction in its own right.
VIP tours of the Zoo were arranged for all guests with additional entertainment and entertainers hired to create a truly great day for all the family.
The WOW factor was provided by a surprise live performance by Human League - who played an hour of their massive hits from the 80's - perfectly fitting the adult age profile of 35-50. In addition to continue the 'Summer Party' feel Beach Boys Inc were also hired to play 2 sets of classic Beach Boys tunes and were a huge success.
Not wanting to leave the weather to chance we arranged for all activities to be able to work either indoors or outdoors, taking the decision literally minutes before performances began.
